2 days Tanzania budget camping safari itinerary: day 1: from Arusha or Moshi to Tarangire National Park, with an overnight stay at Manyara;
day 2: from Karatu or Mto wa Mbu (Manyara) to Ngorongoro Crater.
After breakfast in Arusha or Moshi, we will leave for Tarangire National Park. This park is notable for the wide variety of bird species it contains, its large elephant population, and its lions, buffaloes, giraffes, warthogs, impalas, and cheetahs. After a full game drive in Tarangire National Park, we'll keep traveling to the Ngorongoro Crater, which is near Lake Manyara, where we'll spend the night and have dinner.
After breakfast, we will go to Ngorongoro Crater for the final day of our 2-day Tanzania budget camping safari. The Ngorongoro crater is home to a sizable bird population, which includes vultures, storks, and geese. Beautiful flamingos will grace you on Soda Lake. Your two-day safari in Tanzania through Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater will come to an end in the late afternoon, and we'll then return to Arusha from there.
